Kim Purcell-Reid, PA-C
Kim brings a wealth of expertise and dedication to patient care. She earned both her undergraduate and graduate degrees at Wake Forest University, where she also completed her Physician Assistant program. Committed to advancing her knowledge, Kim went on to receive a Master’s degree from the University of Nebraska. As a board-certified Physician Assistant, she specializes in Primary Care and Aesthetics, combining clinical excellence with a personalized approach to help patients achieve optimal health and confidence.
Maeghan Smith, FNP
Maeghan Smith, FNP-C, provides compassionate, patient-focused care at Main Street Family Practice. Certified by the American Association of Nurse Practitioners, she offers comprehensive primary care for all ages. Maeghan earned her nursing degree from Cabarrus College of Health Sciences and her MSN in Family Practice from South University. Her interests include preventive care, chronic disease management, women’s health, and patient education. She is committed to creating a welcoming environment and building lasting relationships to promote wellness in the community.
